Stephanie Boxerbaum is the managing partner and founder of Box Counsel. She provides legal counsel and business consulting to creators, entrepreneurs, and companies in digital media, entertainment, lifestyle, and tech. 

Having built her career as both an attorney and advisor, Stephanie offers clients a wealth of knowledge and industry-leading expertise. Her unique understanding of digital-first, content-driven business, combined with 15+ years of experience in entertainment law, gives clients the competitive advantage to take their ambition to the next level. She provides counsel in contract negotiations, licensing, and media deals—as well as business development, strategic partnerships, and operations.

Stephanie received her JD from Southwestern School of Law; she received her BA from the University of Florida in Advertising. She is in good standing with the California bar, and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.

Driven by the power of connection, Stephanie is also the founder of High Vibe Secret Society, a community and marketplace for the business minded and wellness driven. She is an intuitive eating facilitator, along with having a dedicated meditation and mindfulness practice. She completed Unplug Meditation’s 200 hour meditation teacher training and is currently enrolled in a two-year professional training program for teaching mindfulness and compassion-based practices with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She has hosted and facilitated many different group conversations and is deeply committed to fostering different perspectives on how to have a high vibe life. Stephanie currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters.
